Job responsibilities
- Coordinate with the development, data, infra and other relevant teams to resolve complex application and system issues
- Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue
- Gather requirement from users, while using your deep understanding of the application, to recommend best possible solutions and features
- Proactively identify possible improvement for applications (technical improvements, workflow, UX/UI, etc)
- Manage change and incident tickets
- Direct and coordinate projects end to end
- Maintain positive working relationships with other team members, including engineers and users
- Prepare and maintain documentation
Job Requirements & Qualification- Two or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and user testing
- High proficiency in technical writing
- Familiar with SQL and database management
- Various technical backgrounds is an advantage (SA, Dev, Data engineer, Technical QA engineer, etc)
