Be part of the business development team, the successful candidate will drive the sales initiatives of Group Life and Medical Products and ensure all are tied to the company’s growth plan.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote Group Life and Medical products (employee benefit) to corporate clients via brokers, company agency or direct channel
- Producer (broker/agent) relationship management
- Handling daily quotation process including Group Life and Medical products with existing established channels
- Provide quality services to partners with the aim to deepen penetration and achieve sales growth
- Participate in the related marketing ad-hoc projects or activities including events, product developments
Main Requirements:
- University degree or above, major in Business Management/Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 year’s working experience in insurance products sales
- Holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 is a must
- Experience in dealing with brokers and agents in Employee Benefits is an advantage
- Experience in Human Resources or agent sales will also considered
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills; with strong people management skills and able to lead team
- Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently
- Native Cantonese speaker, fluency in English and Mandarin
