Job Summary
We are embarking on several exciting transformational initiatives, including digital enablement, product enhancement, process standardization, and enhanced producer engagement, to strengthen our One Liberty Brand in the market.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting producer management, including onboarding and ongoing maintenance of producers records in accordance with Insurance Authority guidelines. You will have the opportunity to participate in both internal and external projects, including product and system development. You will work closely with various internal departments such as Legal & Compliance, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and IT to help drive and facilitate our business transformation efforts.
Job Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain a governance framework to ensure producer management procedures and guidelines are effectively coordinated and implemented in accordance with regulatory rules and compliance standards.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and proactively update internal policies and processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on producer activity, onboarding status, and process improvement initiatives for management review.
- Deliver training and support to internal teams and producers to ensure clear understanding of procedures, guidelines, and system usage.
- Support the preparation of agreement drafts using legal templates, and ensure system records are accurately maintained and kept up-to-date.
- Liaise with colleagues on producer onboarding and amendments, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and functionality of the online portal, ensuring producer profiles are accurate.
- Engage in a variety of IT, internal audit, risk management, and governance-related projects to strengthen controls and ensure organizational compliance.
- Support ongoing governance control exercises to ensure daily operations are conducted within delegated authority and in compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with IT to address and resolve incidents, minimizing impacts on producers and related operations.
- Conduct UAT for internal systems and portals to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the successful implementation of projects.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and other assignments as required.
Requirements: - 6-8 years relevant work experience in insurance, producer management and project management
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
- Strong knowledge of producer management in general insurance with proven project management experience
- Passion for insurance governance and technology
- Excellent teamwork skills; detail-oriented, self-motivated, analytical and communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; advanced PC skills
- Immediately available is preferred
