- Handle general enquiries from internal and external parties.
- Reply/distribute generic emails (regarding certain insurance policies).
- Scan/dispatch policy documents and perform other administrative work.
Main Requirements:- University graduate, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of general insurance.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- Must be a team player.
- Prior customer service experience gained from insurance industry / banks would be preferrable.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good spoken & written English and Cantonese.
